What documents do i require for GHMC Trade License?
You need to submit the following documents or enclosures while applying for Trade License. The list documents is as follows:
1) Building Occupancy Certificate(2008 Onwards)
2) Building Sanction Plan of GHMC
3) Property Tax Receipt Upto Date
4) Rental/Sale/Lease Deed
5) Location Plans ( Blue Print Copies )
6) Passport Size Photos-2
TIN stands for GHMC Trade Identification Number which is a unique number alloted for each Trade License.
TIN is a 12 digit no.
-First 3 digits indicate the ward code.
-5th to 7th digits indicate the *Minor Code.
-Last four digits indicate the Serial number.
Example :093-074-1597
* Minor Code represents the code of a minor work which comes under a Major work category.
How to pay my GHMC Trade License Fee ?
GHMC Trade License Fee can be paid in any of the eSeva centers located in Hyderabad and Secunderabad.
How to pay my GHMC Trade License Fee if I do not know my TIN number?
You can log onto the website, www.ghmc.gov.in and search for your TIN number based on your locality, circle, ward, Door No., Title of Trade or Type of Trade.
You can also go to the Citizen Service Center located at GHMC Head Office, Tankbund to know your GHMC Trade License Number.

what is the act for Trade licence? Who needs to apply for Trade licence? When a Head office is having multiple branches is every branch need Trade licence?
