You need to approach the municipal department/mee seva center with the birth certificate copy you have to obtain the same from municipal corporation.

Dear Rohit, my daughter was born on 10.03.2009, we have got a hand written certificate leaving child name as blank from hospital . now we want to get a printed original certificate from ghmc. can you please guide me the procedures.
You can visit GHMC CSC Center or Meeseva with the certificate you have to obtain the printed certificate from GHMC. All births are reported by hospitals to GHMC online and they just need to confirm it in there database to issue a copy of the same.

Hi, You can go to any Meeseva center after 2nd june as the services are right now affected because of bifurcation. The document you can download mentioned above in the post. Also i suggest that you meet the Medical Superintendent at the Hospital once again and see if he can help.
