There are more than ten dogs roaming in Vivekananda nagar, which make hell of noise(barking) during night times and we are unable to sleep. They exactly start at 11 and continuously till 4 AM. As I'm working it's became a nuisance to me... They do a hell out there. Sorry; could find pictures as it's night time and do not know from where they all come. They won't be seen in morning times.

@Ram: Road widening is taken up by GHMC on inputs of traffic police and traffic volume on a road. You need check this at GHMC call center.

@Khalid: All the above are not online, though GHMC is accepting online application of trade license. You can visit the site to register.

@Gandhi: You need to check with GHMC/HMDA with the receipt about the pending payment for the flat. Well regularization is not an option but a scheme of convenience for irregular constructions. If no payment has been made then it is upto the deciding authority to take a call.

what is the 0.1% document value for mutation. Is it 0.1% of the registeration amount of the flat or is it the 0.1% of the property cost. for e.g cost of my flat is 21,24000 and registeration amount is 127440. so is it 0.1% of 21,24000 or 0.1% of 127440.

@Sarfaraz : Document value is the amount mentioned in the Registered Deed. So 0.1% of the value mentioned in the Registered deed. Usually people undervalue the property market value and the amount mentioned in the Deed is much lower. Hope this helps.

I have bought a flat from a previous owner in Manikonda, The land owner says he has paid for BRS, and wants money from me. My flat is in 2nd floor, while he constructed G+3 and terrace has 3 flats too. Am i liable to pay for the BRS that land owner/builder has paid to GHMC. What extent am i liable for the deviation. we had purchased flat and my owner appplied BRS in 1999 and not follwed up and when i went to ghmc they found my file but they cannot process we had already pai an intial amount, and they say i need to apply again in new scheme .... pl see that persons applied earlier files are also processed and help Telangana people

Hi, this query is regarding BRS. My house is built in 150 sq.yards according to the sanctioned plan from panchayathi.. I mean no deviations, no commercial shops nothing. only ground floor independent house as per panchayathi approved plan. Still I need to go for BRS ?? Thanks in advance.

I have paid LRS fee of Rs,20400/- for regularization of my plot no 440B,441A situated
at Divya nagar,Kachivanisingaram village Ghatkesar mandal in sy nos 43p,44,55 to 59 and submitted application at HMDA Tarnaka Ghatkesar Zone, which was acknowledged by them on 15-05-2013.Regularization order or any other correspondence was not sent to me
till date. Do I need to apply for regularization again.Clarification sought.

i have applied for BRS AND LRS in HMDA but the area is with in the nagara panchayat, by mistake i have applied at HMDA insteded of Badangpet Nagara panchayat, so what next
