Visit your concerned Mandal Revenue Office and collect the application form for income certificate | |
Later it should be submitted at the concerned Mandal Revenue Office after duly filling and enclosing the following papers | |
The following papers are submitted along with the application:

Two forms of residence certificates given by two gazetted officers separately. | |
An affidavit duly notarized given on Rs. 10/- bond paper. | |
A Xerox copy of transfer certificate or bonafied certificate duly attested by a gazetted officer. | |
Xerox copy of ration card duly attested by a gazetted officer. | |
A Xerox copy of Electronic photo ID card (voter ID card) given by Election commission of India. | |
After submission of your application you will get the certificate within a week. |
