How do I get a Income Certificate at Hyderabad or Andhra Pradesh?

Visit your concerned Mandal Revenue Office and collect the application form for income certificate
Later it should be submitted at the concerned Mandal Revenue Office after duly filling and enclosing the following papers
The following papers are submitted along with the application:
Two forms of residence certificates given by two gazetted officers separately.
An affidavit duly notarized given on Rs. 10/- bond paper.
A Xerox copy of transfer certificate or bonafied certificate duly attested by a gazetted officer.
Xerox copy of ration card duly attested by a gazetted officer.
A Xerox copy of Electronic photo ID card (voter ID card) given by Election commission of India.
After submission of your application you will get the  certificate within a week.
