Who is delegated the power by Director General for issue of Fire NOC - No Objection Certificate for buildings below 15 metres height?
Director General of State Disaster Response and Fire Service Department has delegated the powers to issue Fire No Objection Certificates to buildings below 15 metres height to the Commissioner, GHMC, Hyderabad vide proceedings Rc.No. 5041/B2/97, dated 12-3-2010.
